These Terms govern your use of Brief.center. By creating an account, browsing campaigns, applying, negotiating, signing contracts, or using payment features, you accept these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Brief.center is a three-sided marketplace connecting Brands, Agencies, and Creators.

Brands publish campaigns, Creators apply or are invited, and Agencies may represent Creators and coordinate campaign execution.

Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.

You must be legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

FREE tier allows up to 2 applications per month.

PRO tier costs €49/month and provides unlimited applications and additional product capabilities.

This rule applies to all creators, including agency-represented creators.

Agencies set their own commission percentage agreed with creators at signing.

Brief.center is not a party to agency-creator financial arrangements beyond facilitating payment flow and execution tooling.

Campaign details, deliverables, and timelines must be truthful and specific.

Applications must be authentic. Fraudulent, misleading, or spam submissions are prohibited.

A checked signature confirmation box is treated as a binding electronic signature.

Brief.center stores IP and timestamp records for audit trail purposes.

All required parties must sign before a contract is considered fully executed.

Payments follow an escrow model: funds are collected upfront and released based on contract workflow and approval states.

Fee model includes: Brand platform fee (1.5%, minimum EUR 20), Creator platform fee for independent creators (12.5%), and Agency commissions as agreed between agency and creator.

Agency-represented creators do not pay the 12.5% creator platform fee.

Stripe processing fee is calculated automatically by Stripe based on card/payment method and is paid by the Brand as part of the final charged amount.

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property.

Usage rights for campaign deliverables are defined by the signed contract terms.

Users may not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing activity.

Attempted circumvention of payment protections, account controls, or security safeguards is prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, Brief.center is provided on an as-is basis.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law.

Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
